Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our floral arrangements, balloons, and event decor are handcrafted and made to order with fresh, perishable materials, all sales are final. Gris' Glam does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase.

Cancellations

Orders canceled by the customer after they're placed are not eligible for a refund. Gris' Glam makes every effort to fulfill each order, but reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, you'll receive a full refund.

Substitutions

Flower and balloon availability can vary by season. When an item is unavailable, we may substitute blooms or materials of equal or greater value while keeping the style and color palette of your order. Substitutions are not grounds for a refund. Please see our Substitution Policy for details.
