Fresh flowers are living things, and a little attention goes a long way. Here's how to keep your arrangement looking its best.

Every 2 to 3 days

Re-trim about 1 inch off the stems at an angle. Cutting under running water keeps air out of the stem.
Check the stem ends — if they look soft, slimy, or dark, cut above that point.

Choking hazard: Balloons can be dangerous to young children. Never leave children unattended near the setup.
Handle with care: Balloons are delicate. Keep children from playing with the setup and keep sharp objects away.
Avoid heat: Keep balloons out of direct sunlight to prevent popping and fading.
Wall hooks: By booking, you allow Gris' Glam to use Command/adhesive hooks on interior or exterior walls and accept the risk of possible surface damage.
Client responsibility: Once the setup is complete and in your possession, balloons and backdrops are no longer Gris' Glam's responsibility.
Rental props: Any damaged, lost, or stolen props will be invoiced to the client.
